Is WonderLens safe for kids?
Absolutely. WonderLens is built for families from the ground up. Every character is family-friendly by design, every motion runs through prompts our team has carefully crafted and tested across hundreds of iterations, and we have safety guardrails in place at every step. We also moderate the photos you upload to keep the whole experience appropriate end to end. The magic your kids see is art we've designed, not raw AI output.
Do I need to download an app?
No, WonderLens is a website, not an app. Open www.wonderlens.ai in any browser on your phone, tablet, or computer and you're in.
How do I get a character to appear in my home?
Upload a photo of any room or yard, pick a character, and WonderLens generates a short video where that character actually visits your space. It moves around your furniture, lit by your actual room lighting, casting real shadows, and making it feel like it’s actually in your room!
What kind of photo works best?
A clear, well-lit photo of a tidy room or yard, taken at eye level, gives the most believable result. Avoid blurry shots, extreme angles, or scenes already crowded with people. The cleaner the space, the more room there is for the magic.
How long does it take to make my video?
About 4 to 5 minutes from start to finish. You'll get an email the moment your video is ready, so you don't have to sit and wait on the page. It will also be waiting for you in your library.
My video still says it's 'processing' and it's been more than 5 minutes. It hasn't generated anything.
Videos are ready in about 4 to 5 minutes, but every so often one takes a little longer or hits a snag. If it hasn't finished within 15 minutes, we'll automatically refund your credit so you can start again, and a quick retry almost always does the trick.
How long will the video be?
Each magical video is 10 seconds, long enough to capture the wonder, short enough to share anywhere.
Can I download and share the video?
Yes. Every video you create is yours to download, save, and share with your family and friends. They're also stored in your library so you can come back to them anytime. No watermarks, no extra fees.
Can’t I just do this myself with AI?
Technically, yes, but getting a realistic result takes hours of prompt tweaking, finding the right model, and a lot of trial and error. Every attempt on another platform burns through credits and money before you ever land on something you want to use. WonderLens uses advanced video and image models with prompts we’ve refined over hundreds of iterations to get the lighting, motion, and physics right, so you get the result in one go.
How is WonderLens different from “Santa in your living room” photo apps?
Sticker apps paste a flat image onto your photo and the result is still just a photo. WonderLens generates a 10-second video for you, where the character actually moves through your room and casts real shadows that match your lighting, so it looks like the character is really there. And most importantly, we have a lot more than just Santa: fairies, unicorns, dragons, dinosaurs, the Easter Bunny, and more with new characters added every week!
How many credits do I need?
Your first video is free, simply enter your email, no credit card. After that, each video uses 1 credit and packs start at $2.49 for 1 credit. No subscriptions, no hidden fees.
Do you offer subscriptions?
No subscriptions. WonderLens is pay as you go: your first video is free, and credit packs start at $2.49. Use as many or as few credits as you want, no recurring charges.
Is my data safe and secure?
Yes. Your photos and videos are stored securely and are only accessible to you. We never share your data with third parties.
Do you train your AI on my photos?
No. WonderLens is not a learning model. We use AI to generate your video from the photo you upload, but your photos, videos, and any character likeness are never used to train any AI model, ours or anyone else's.
